Rob Hunter, one of our Canadian partners, recently took a trip through the Upper Mekong Region to visit a few of our projects. During a day trip to one of our our children’s homes, he discovered fire was a great cure for boredom!
“I found about five of my business cards that have a magnifying glass built into them (like a cheater pair of glasses) for those with older eyes. And I taught the kids how to burn holes in stuff with the magnifying glass and the sun. We all ended up having a ball together – though I am not sure the house parents will invite me back again…”
